(RUS) Configuration of electronic document sending (form)
Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2
Click General ledger > Setup > Financial reports generator > Configurations.
Use this form to set up configurations to export electronic documents. You can set up folders in which to save exported documents and view the statuses of the exported documents. The documents must be stored in an XML format.

Enter the identification code for the configuration. |
Active |
Select this check box to indicate that the selected configuration is active. 备注 If you select this check box, you cannot delete the configuration. |
Type |
Select the File option to indicate that the exported document is a file. 备注 This field is available on the Overview tab. |
Response |
The file name of the exported XML file. Microsoft Dynamics AX uses this file name to search for document updates from the electronic document management service provider. |
Status code |
The status code of the exported document. |
Status description |
The description of the status of the exported document. |
Status date |
The time and date when the status is applied to the exported document. |
Outbound folder |
Specify a folder in which to save electronic documents that must be exported. |
Inbound folder |
Specify a folder in which to save a file that is updated with the status of exported documents. |
Type |
A list of pre-defined statuses that are applied to the exported electronic document. 备注 This field is available on the Statuses tab. |
Code |
The code for the status of the electronic document. 备注 This field is available on the Statuses tab. |

The description of the code for the status. 备注 This field is available on the Statuses tab. |
