(RUS) Print of counting act (INV-6) (form)

Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2

Click Inventory management > Journals > Item counting > Counting. Create a journal line or select an existing line, and then click Print > Print of counting act (INV-6).

Use this form to generate a Counting act INV-6 report. You must generate this report in the Microsoft Excel format to track purchased items during transfer to the warehouse. The counting process involves creating a counting list of the purchased items in transfer that contain on-hand inventory holdings.

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Select

Open the Inquiry form, where you can select the journal name, the dimension number, and the kind of inventory that is used to generate the Counting act INV-6 report.

Officials

Open the Officials form, where you can enter the details of the officials involved in the item counting process. The names of the officials are included on the Counting act INV-6 report.

Description

Date of act completion

Select the completion date of the counting process for purchased items that are in transfer.

Start date

Select the starting date of the inventory counting period.

End date

Select the ending date of the inventory counting period.

Order number

Enter the order number that the Counting act INV-6 report is generated for.

Resolution date

Select the transaction date of the purchased items that the Counting act INV-6 report is generated for.

Journal

The inventory journal name that the counting transaction is posted to.

Dimension No.

The identification number of the inventory dimension of the items in transfer.

Kind of inventory

The kind of inventory that is selected for the inventory counting transaction.
