(RUS) FA groups (form)

Click Fixed assets (Russia) > Setup > FA groups.

Use this form to create fixed asset groups. Fixed assets are grouped to complete the following tasks:

Simplify the setup of fixed assets and posting profiles for fixed assets.
Simplify the creation of queries and reports.
Create a template so that common information is copied by default into the records of new and similar fixed assets that are acquired by the organization.

Navigating the form

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Button	Description
Value models	Open the FA group value models form, where you can set up value models and depreciation groups.

Field	Description
FA group	Enter an identification code for the fixed asset group.
Name	Enter a description for the fixed asset group.
Type of group	Select the type of fixed asset group from the following options: Fixed assets Working clothes Special rigging NVFA – Not valuable fixed assets.
VAT refunding	Select the starting date to refund value-added tax (VAT) on the fixed assets, from the following options: Acquisition date – From the acquisition date. Depreciation run date − From the date of depreciation.
Autonumeration FA	Select this check box to automatically number the assets for the selected fixed asset group. 备注 This check box is automatically selected if the Autonumeration FA check box is selected in the Fixed asset parameters form.
FA autonumbering sequence	Select a number sequence code for the automatic numbering of fixed assets in the fixed asset group.
Barcodes autonumeration	Select this check box to automatically assign bar codes to new assets for the selected fixed asset group. 备注 This check box is automatically selected if the Barcodes autonumeration check box is selected in the Fixed asset parameters form.
Barcode autonumeration sequence	Select the number sequence code for automatic bar code generation.
