Use this form to set up posting profiles for fixed asset transactions.

Task that uses this form

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Button	Description
Options	Open a menu that contains the following items: Disposal (sale) – Set up accounts for posting disposal sales transactions for fixed assets. Disposal (dismantlement) – Set up accounts for posting dismantlement or scrapping of fixed assets. Partial dismantlement – Set up accounts for posting partial disposal of fixed assets. Lease – Set up accounts for posting fixed asset lease transactions. Return from lease – Set up accounts for posting reversal of lease transactions. Writing-off – Set up accounts for posting fixed asset write-off transactions. Receipt – Set up accounts for posting fixed asset receipt transactions. Transference – Set up accounts for posting fixed asset issue transactions. Depreciation bonus – Set up accounts for posting a depreciation bonus for fixed assets.

Open a menu that contains the following items:

Field	Description
Posting profile	Enter an identification code for the fixed asset posting profile.
Description	Enter the name of the fixed asset posting profile.
Select	Select the type of fixed asset transaction to process, from the following options: Depreciation Depreciation revaluation Major repairs Putting into operation Cost revaluation Disposal (sale) Disposal (dismantlement) Partial dismantlement Currency cost revaluation Currency depreciation revaluation Others
Groupings	Select the grouping used for the fixed asset posting profile, from the following options: Table – The posting profile is applicable for a single fixed asset. Group – The posting profile is applicable for a depreciation group. All – The posting profile is applicable for all fixed assets. Accounting – The posting profile is applicable for a value model.
Account/Group number	Select the value model, depreciation group, or fixed asset number that the posting profile is used for.
Main account	Select the account number for posting in the ledger.
Offset account	Select the offset account number for the fixed asset transaction.
