(LVA) Generate an asset record report

Accounting for fixed assets is done by generating reports to establish the value and track the movement of assets over a specified period of time. One type of fixed asset report is the asset record report.

The Asset record report displays details for a specific fixed asset that is acquired or not acquired.

  1. Click Fixed assets > Common > Fixed assets > Fixed assets.

  2. Press CTRL+N and enter the required details.

  3. In the Fixed asset group field, select a fixed asset group.

  4. Click Print > Asset record to open the Asset record report.

  5. Click Select to open the Asset record - Report form, and then set up the selection criteria for the report.

  6. Click OK to return to the Asset record report.

  7. Click OK to generate the report.
