(LVA) Generate a depreciation summary report

The depreciation summary report is a summary of the depreciation of fixed assets.

Click Fixed assets > Journals > Fixed assets.
Press CTRL+N to create a new line, and enter the required details.

Click Lines to open the Journal voucher form.
Press CTRL+N to create a new line, and enter the required details.

In the Transaction type field, select Depreciation.
In the Document field, enter the number of the document that the voucher was generated from.
Click Post > Post to post the journal line.
Click Fixed assets > Reports > Transactions > Periodic > Depreciation summary.
In the From date and To date fields, specify the date range the Depreciation summary report.
Click Select to open the Depreciation summary – Report form, and then set up the selection criteria for generating the report.
Click OK to close the Depreciation summary – Report form.
Click OK to generate the Depreciation summary report.
