(CZE) Foreign trade parameters (modified form)

Click Organization administration > Setup > Foreign trade > Foreign trade parameters.
Use this form to specify the parameters to generate and export Intrastat reports and European Union (EU) sales lists.

Select the special movement code for Intrastat transactions. |
XSLT ID |
Select the identification code for the XML style sheet that is used to export the Intrastat report. 备注 In AX 2012 R3: You can export the Intrastat report as an XML file or as a CSV file depending on the style sheet that you select in this field. |
Special movement |
Select this check box if Intrastat transactions should be checked for a special movement code. |
XSLT ID |
Select the identification code for the XML style sheet that is used to export the EU sales list. |
Authorized by |
Select the name of the employee who authorizes reporting for the EU sales list. |
Role |
Enter the role of the employee who is authorized to perform reporting for the EU sales list. |
Filed by |
Select the identification code of the employee who is authorized to file the EU sales list report. |
Rounding rule |
Enter the rounding amount for transactions that are included in the EU sales list. For example, you can enter 1.0 to round to the nearest whole amount, or you can enter 0.5 to round to the nearest half. |
Use minimum value |
Select this check box to round amounts that are smaller than the rounding rule amount up to the rounding rule amount. For example, if this check box is selected and you have an amount of 0.5 and you specified 1.00 in the Rounding rule field, the amount is rounded up to 1.0. |

Select one of the following options as the rounding method:

Legal entity |
Select the legal entity for which the EU sales lists and VAT reports are created. |
Company name appendix |
Enter the name of the legal entity for which the EU sales lists are created. |
Authority |
Select the identification of the sales tax authority. |
Legal entity address |
Select the primary address of the legal entity. |
