Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2

Click General ledger > Journals > Tax register journal. Click Ledger journal, and then select Tax differences or Amount difference to open the Journal header form.

–or–

Click Fixed assets (Russia) > Journals > Tax register journal. Click Ledger journal, and then select Assessed tax, Transport tax, or Land tax to open the Journal header form.

–or–

Click Accounts payable > Journals > Payments > Payment journal.

Use this form to create or reverse ledger journals for amount difference transactions, tax difference transactions, and payments.

The name of this form varies, depending on the path that you use to open the form.

Field	Description
Calculation period	Select a month and year for the calculation period.
Journal type	The type of journal: Basic – Tax accrued journal, which is created automatically. Reversing entry – Canceled tax accrued journal.
Reversed	A selected check box indicates that the journal is reversed.
