Click Fixed assets (Russia) > Journals > Working clothes/Special rigging/NVFA issue.

Use this form to issue an item from the warehouse to an employee. Working clothes, special rigging items, and not valuable fixed assets (NVFAs) are separate assets. When an issue journal is posted, separate cards are created in the Working clothes and Special rigging forms.

Open the Working clothes/Special rigging/NVFA issue journal form, where you can enter or modify details about working clothes or special rigging assets.

Validate

Validate the journal transactions.

备注

An employee cannot be issued more than the specified quantity of working clothes or special rigging based on the issue rate.

Close

Post the working clothes, special rigging, or NVFA issue journal.

备注

A working clothes or special rigging card is created for every journal line. Fixed asset (FA) journals that contain transactions for placing items into operation and depreciation are created and posted.

FA journals

Open a menu that contains the following items:

  • FA journal (putting into operation) – Create a transaction for putting an item into operation with a fixed asset posting journal type.

  • FA journal (depreciation) – Depreciate an item with the fixed asset posting journal type.

Cancel issue

Reverse the issue of working clothes, special rigging, or an NVFA card. The Posted check box is cleared.

Print

Open a menu that contains the following item:

  • Working clothes issue sheet (No. MB-7) – Print the Sheet of working clothes issue (MB-7) for the closed issue journals.

Show

Select one of the following posting statuses to display the journal transactions:

  • All – Display all transactions.

  • Open – Display transactions that are not posted.

  • Posted – Display only posted transactions.

Journal

The journal number.

Date

Select the date when the working clothes, special rigging, or NVFAs are issued to the employee.

Acquisition

Select a fixed asset journal name. This journal is used to create fixed asset acquisition transactions.

Depreciation

Select a fixed asset journal name. This journal is used to create depreciation transactions.

Warehouse

Select the warehouse code to issue an item.

Person in charge

Select the employee to whom the asset is issued.

Location

Select the location of the asset.

Posted

A selected check box indicates that the working clothes, special rigging, or NVFA transaction is posted.

FA journal (putting into operation)

The journal number for the item that is put into operation.

FA journal (depreciation)

The fixed asset journal number for the depreciation transaction.
