Click Fixed assets > Setup > Value models.

Click General ledger > Setup > Deferrals > Value models.

Use this form to create fixed asset (FA) value models, tax accounting models, and accounting models for deferred expenses. The value model is defined to create transactions in the general ledger for accounting tasks such as tax transactions and business transactions.

Tab	Description
General	Modify the value model details.
Financial dimensions	View the dimension values of the voucher for the specified value model. 备注 This tab and the following tabs are available only if you open the form from Fixed assets (Russia).
FA value submodels	Add other value models to the selected value model.
Map	Map the value model to a company account.

Buttons

Button	Description
Depreciation groups	Open the Depreciation groups form, where you can create asset depreciation groups for the selected value model. 备注 This button is available only if you open the form from Fixed assets (Russia).
Deferrals groups	Open the Deferrals groups form, where you can create deferrals groups. 备注 This button is available only if you open the form from General ledger.

Fields

Field	Description
Value model	Enter the identification code for the value model. 备注 This field is available only if you open the form from Fixed assets (Russia).
Name	Enter the name of the value model.
Model number	Enter the deferrals model number. 备注 This field is available only if you open the form from General ledger.
Currency	Select the currency for the selected value model. 备注 This field and the following fields are available only if you open the form from Fixed assets (Russia).
Round-off	Enter the number of decimal places that the voucher amount should be rounded to.
Posting profile	Select the posting profile for the selected value model.
Posting profile (Shortage)	Select the posting profile for fixed assets that are written off after the counting procedure.
Posting layer	Select the posting layer for the value model transactions, from the following options: Current Operations Tax
Transaction type	Select the transaction type for the derived value model, from the following options: Depreciation Depreciation revaluation Major repairs Cost revaluation Currency cost revaluation Currency depreciation revaluation Others
Company accounts ID	Select the company account to map to the value model.
