(RUS) View the on-hand and issued quantity of working clothes and special rigging

Use this procedure to generate a list of all working clothes items and special rigging items that are available on-hand, or that are issued for an employee, organization unit, job title, and type of work.
Click Fixed assets (Russia) > Inquiries > Working clothes/Special riggings on-hand.
In the Value model field, select a value model for fixed assets.
In the Reporting date field, select the transaction date.
In the Working clothes/Special riggings field, select one of the following options:
All – Query the on-hand quantity and issued quantity for both working clothes items and special rigging items.
Working clothes – Query the on-hand quantity and issued quantity for working clothes only.
Special rigging – Query the on-hand quantity and issued quantity for special rigging only.
In the Person in charge field, select the identification code of the worker who is in charge of the asset.
In the Department field, select the department of the worker.
In the Title field, select the job title of the worker.
In the Type of works field, select the type of work that is performed by the worker.
In the Item group field, select the code for the item group.
In the Type of rate field, select the type of issue rate for the asset.
Click OK.
Select the Division check box, and then click Group to group the working clothes or special rigging according to organization, employee, and quantity details.
Select the Item group check box, and then click Group to group the working clothes or special rigging according to item group, employee, and quantity details.
Select the Issue rate check box, and then click Group to group the working clothes or special rigging according to rate type, employee, and quantity details.
Select the Item check box, and then click Group to group the working clothes or special rigging according to item number, employee, and quantity details.
