(LTU) Warehouse transfer (form)

Click Fixed assets > Periodic > Warehouse transfer.

If your organization moves a fixed asset from one department to another, and the two departments are not in the same location, the transfer must be recorded on a packing slip. A transfer packing slip is also required if the employee who is responsible for the fixed asset changes. Use this form to enter transfer information for multiple fixed assets.

After you enter transfer information and generate the packing slip, use the Packing slip details form to view the packing slip, enter the transportation details, and print the packing slip.

Select

Open the Inquiry form, where you can select assets to transfer. For more information, see 查询（窗体）.

Default

Clear the selections that you previously made in the Inquiry form.

Description

Responsible

Select the person who is assuming the responsibility for the assets that are being transferred.

Location

Select the location to which the assets are being transferred.

Department

Select the department to which the assets are being transferred.

Autonumbering

Select this check box to use automatic numbering for the packing slip. If you select this check box, you must select a number sequence in the Numbering field.

Numbering

Select the number sequence to use for the packing slip. This field is available only if you select the Autonumbering check box.

Packing slip

Enter the packing slip number to assign the number manually. This field is available only if the Autonumbering check box is cleared.

Fixed asset number

The fixed assets that you selected for transfer in the Inquiry form.

Fixed asset group

The fixed asset group that you selected for transfer in the Inquiry form.
