設定需求

  • 如要發佈軟體更新，在設定 [設定] 對話方塊的 [更新伺服器] 標籤上的更新伺服器前，必須在本機或遠端電腦安裝 Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) 3.0，並可自 Updates Publisher 電腦存取。

  • 必須可使用網際網路存取，以搜索及增加外部類別目錄到匯出清單。

安全性需求

特定 Updates Publisher 設定必須有以下安全性權限：

  • 如要修改 Updates Publisher 設定，使用者必須具有在發佈工具資料庫 (mscuptdb) 上建立的 SQL 登入，並具有 System_Center_Updates_Publisher_User 資料庫角色成員權限。

  • 如要修改資料來源，使用者必須具有 HKLM\Software\Microsoft\PublishingTool 登錄機碼的「完全控制」權限。

  • 如要配置 [設定] 對話方塊的 [更新伺服器] 標籤上的設定，使用者必須具有更新伺服器的管理權限。

記錄檔

Updates Publisher 會將資訊寫入 UpdatesPublisher.log 檔案，以協助診斷在開啟及使用主控台時可能發生的問題。系統會為開啟主控台的使用者在暫時資料夾中建立記錄檔，預設位置在 %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Temp。

重要

Updates Publisher 記錄檔必須以簡單文字編輯器 (如記事本) 開啟。以全文編輯器來開啟記錄檔可能會無法正確顯示記錄檔內容。

UpdatesPublisher.log

成功設定 Updates Publisher 時，有部分設定會寫入 UpdatesPublisher.log，而部分設定則不會寫入。本節描述特定設定在設定完成後，Updates Publisher 寫入到記錄檔的項目：

  • 成功設定更新伺服器時，Updates Publisher 會寫入以下機碼記錄項目的其中一項：

    遠端更新伺服器

    Connecting to the update server update server nameusing portport number. SSL enabled = True or False

    本機更新伺服器

    Connecting to a local update server with locally detected settings.

  • 在更新伺服器成功建立數位憑證時，Updates Publisher 會寫入以下機碼記錄項目的其中一項：

    檔案中的數位憑證

    Successfully created signing certificate from supplied filecertificate file path\certificate file

    自動建立的數位憑證

    Successfully created a new signing certificate

  • 成功設定新的資料來源時，Updates Publisher 會寫入以下機碼記錄項目：

    The data source for the Updates Publisher has changed. Refreshing from database.

  • 成功設定任何在 [進階] 標籤上的設定時，Updates Publisher 會寫入以下機碼記錄項目的其中一項：

    遠端更新伺服器

    Connecting to the update server smsserver using port 80. SSL enabled = False

    本機更新伺服器

    Connecting to a local update server with locally detected settings.

Updates Publisher 設定一般問題

下列章節列出設定 Updates Publisher 時可能發生的一般問題、這些問題的可能原因，以及可行的解決方案清單。

此匯入位置已經在清單中

設定 [設定] 對話方塊的 [匯入] 標籤上之新匯入位置 URL 路徑時，會顯示以下錯誤訊息：

This import location is already in the list

進行疑難排解時，請驗證下列各項：

  • 此位置已經在匯入清單中。每個匯入位置僅可有一個執行個體。

您輸入的 URL 格式不正確

設定 [設定] 對話方塊的 [匯入] 標籤上之新匯入位置 URL 路徑時，會顯示以下錯誤訊息：

The URL you have entered is not well formed

進行疑難排解時，請驗證下列各項：

  • 必須輸入有效格式的 URL 路徑。例如，http://MyServer/MyCatalogLocation、https://MyServer/MyCatalogLocation，以及 file://MyServer/MyShare/MyCatalog.cab 為有效路徑。

無法開啟資料庫 "MSCUPTDB"

設定 [設定] 對話方塊的 [資料來源] 標籤上之新伺服器名稱時，會顯示以下訊息：

Cannot open database "mscuptdb" requested by the login. The login failed. Login failed for user 'username'

進行疑難排解時，請驗證下列各項：

  • mscuptdb 資料庫必須建立在執行 SQL Server 的電腦上。如果沒有建立資料庫與資料庫角色，請執行 Updates Publisher 安裝資料夾內的 CreatePubToolDb.sql SQL 指令檔，以建立 mscuptdb 資料庫及 System_Center_Updates_Publisher_User 資料庫角色。

  • 安裝 Updates Publisher 的使用者必須擁有 SQL Server 資料庫的權限。使用者必須在具備 mscuptdb 資料庫之 System_Center_Updates_Publisher_User 資料庫角色成員資格的 SQL Server 中擁有使用者登入。

無法連線到更新伺服器 - 無法解析遠端名稱

設定 [設定] 對話方塊的 [更新伺服器] 標籤上之更新伺服器時，會顯示以下訊息：

Failed to connect to the update server. Check your update server configuration settings and try connecting again. The remote name could not be resolved: 'update server name'

下列記錄項目會寫入 UpdatesPublisher.log：

Connecting to the update server update server nameusing portport number. SSL enabled = True or False

Configure : Failed to connect to the update server using the configuration data provided. [The remote name could not be resolved: 'update server name'].

進行疑難排解時，請驗證下列各項：

  • 遠端更新伺服器名稱無效。

  • 遠端更新伺服器有效，但無法在網路上加以解析。

無法連線到更新伺服器 - 無法連線到遠端伺服器

設定 [設定] 對話方塊的 [更新伺服器] 標籤上之更新伺服器時，會顯示以下訊息：

Failed to connect to the update server. Check your update server configuration settings and try connecting again. Unable to connect to the remote server

下列記錄項目會寫入 UpdatesPublisher.log：

Connecting to the update server update server nameusing portport number. SSL enabled = True or False

Configure : Failed to connect to the update server using the configuration data provided. [The remote name could not be resolved: 'update server name'].

進行疑難排解時，請驗證下列各項：

  • 遠端更新伺服器連接埠的設定無效。請檢查更新伺服器的正確連接埠設定。

無法連線到更新伺服器 - 基礎連線已關閉

設定 [設定] 對話方塊的 [更新伺服器] 標籤上之更新伺服器時，會顯示以下訊息：

Failed to connect to the update server. Check your update server configuration settings and try connecting again. The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send.

下列記錄項目會寫入 UpdatesPublisher.log：

Connecting to the update server update server nameusing portport number. SSL enabled = True or False

Configure : Failed to connect to the update server using the configuration data provided. [The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send.].

進行疑難排解時，請驗證下列各項：

  • 已使用可接受的連接埠設定更新伺服器，但已選取的 [更新伺服器] 標籤上的 Secure Sockets Layer，尚未在更新伺服器設定。
