Incompatible agent version

Summary
This alert is generated when the DPM File Agent installed on the specified file server is not compatible with the version of Data Protection Manager installed on the DPM server. All subsequent protection and recovery activities for this file server will fail until a compatible version of the file agent is installed on it.
Causes
A more recent version of Data Protection Manager has been installed on the DPM server, but the DPM File Agent on the file server was not updated.
Resolutions
From the Agents tab in the Management task area, check the status of the file agent and update it to a compatible version. For more information, see How to update a file agent.
