Communicator Web Access 元件

Microsoft Office Communicator Web Access 支援使用者在沒有桌面用戶端軟體且未透過虛擬私人網路 (VPN) 連線的電腦上，使用立即訊息 (IM)、顯示狀態和會議功能。Communicator Web Access 讓已啟用 Office Communications Server 2007 R2 的使用者可透過瀏覽器架構的用戶端來存取 Web 伺服器。IIS 是裝載 Communicator Web Access 的 Web 伺服器。

安裝 Microsoft Office Communicator Web Access 2007 R2 版本之前，必須先完成支援的 Office Communications Server 2007 R2 部署。在任何支援的 Office Communications Server 拓撲 (包括分公司部署) 中，都可以部署 Communicator Web Access。

下列注意事項適用於 Communicator Web Access 拓撲：

  • Communicator Web Access 伺服器必須部署在內部網路中
  • 安裝 Communicator Web Access 的伺服器必須是 Office Communications Server 2007 R2 伺服器所在 Active Directory 樹系的成員伺服器
  • Communicator Web Access 2007 R2 版本和 Communicator Web Access (2007 版本) 不能配置在同一部電腦上

在 Communicator Web Access 混合環境中，支援下列用戶端/伺服器拓撲：

  • Communicator Web Access 2007 R2 版本且使用者位於 Office Communications Server 2007 R2 上
  • Communicator Web Access (2007 版本) 且使用者位於 Office Communications Server 2007 R2 上

以下是支援的伺服器拓撲：

  • 單一 Communicator Web Access 伺服器
  • 兩部以上的實體 (而非虛擬) Communicator Web Access 伺服器，位在硬體負載平衡器後方
  • Office Communicator Web Access 2007 R2 版本與 Office Communicator Web Access (2007 版本) 伺服器並存部署

內部和外部使用者支援

以下是支援的內部和外部使用者拓撲：

  • 為內部和外部使用者分別架設伺服器陣列
  • 為內部和外部使用者分別架設一部伺服器
  • 為內部和外部使用者架設一部共用的伺服器

強烈建議您透過使用不同的實體 Communicator Web Access 伺服器電腦，實體分隔內部和外部使用者流量 (但非必要)。也支援透過使用 IIS 6.0 應用程式隔離模式，分隔內部和外部使用者流量。

對於外部使用者，Communicator Web Access 支援透過反向 Proxy，以 SSL Web 發行外部 Communicator Web Access 虛擬伺服器 (建議)。

IIS 6.0 虛擬伺服器組態

Communicator Web Access 支援在相同或不同電腦上的內部和外部虛擬伺服器執行個體的任何組合。

SSL Web 發行組態

建議對遠端使用者使用反向 Proxy 加上 SSL，將外部 Communicator Web Access 虛擬伺服器執行個體發行至 Web (但非必要)。

Communicator Web Access 反向 Proxy 組態

為 Communicator Web Access 部署一個或多個反向 Proxy 是支援且建議的做法，但非必要。

Communicator Web Access 支援任何防火牆或反向 Proxy 組態來建立周邊網路，包括 Microsoft Internet Security and Acceleration (ISA) Server。但是，如果 Communicator Web Access 虛擬伺服器啟用了單一登入 (SSO)，便只支援網頁接聽程式已啟用 SSO 的 ISA Server 2006 做為反向 Proxy。如需 ISA Server 的詳細資訊，請造訪 ISA Server 網站，網址為 https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=125755 (英文)。
