支援的移轉路徑和並存案例

本主題概要說明將舊版 Office Communications Server 移轉至 Office Communications Server 2007 R2 時所支援的移轉路徑，和分段移轉期間支援的共存設定。如需詳細資訊，請參閱移轉。

您可以從下列舊版移轉至 Office Communications Server 2007 R2：

  • Office Communications Server 2007
  • Live Communications Server 2005 Service Pack 1 (SP1)

移轉方法

所有 Office Communications Server 拓撲和伺服器角色的移轉均受支援。您可以從某一種拓撲移轉至不同的拓撲，例如從合併設定中的 Standard Edition Server 移轉至 Enterprise Edition Server。

以下是兩種支援的移轉方法：

  • 並存移轉
    此移轉方法支援 Office Communications Server 2007 和 Live Communications Server 2005 SP1 部署。
    在並存移轉中，在建置新的 Office Communications Server 2007 R2 設定時，Office Communications Server 2007 設定會同時存在。新設定完全生效之後，使用者就會從原始設定移到新設定。此方法在移轉期間需要額外的伺服器，而且新設定中的系統名稱和集區名稱會不相同。在此類型的移轉期間，服務只會短暫中斷，甚至不會中斷。
  • 解除安裝/重新安裝
    如果硬體符合需求，此移轉方法支援 Office Communications Server 2007 部署和 Live Communications Server 2005 SP1 部署。如需硬體需求的詳細資訊，請參閱Office Communications Server 內部元件需求。
    此類型的移轉與嚴重損壞修復作業相似。所有使用者和設定資料都會匯出並儲存到備份位置。Office Communications Server 2007 會解除安裝，接著安裝 Office Communications Server 2007 R2，然後還原所有使用者和設定資料。此移轉方法可讓您重複使用伺服器 (使用新的或現有的硬體)，並保留現有的系統和集區名稱和 IP 位址。在此類型的移轉期間，服務中斷的時間會比較長。此方法需要作業系統從 32 位元升級為 64 位元。

移轉可以採用分段的方式進行。從 Office Communications Server 2007 的移轉會從內部網路開始，然後移到周邊網路。從 Live Communications Server 2005 SP1 的移轉會從周邊網路開始，然後移到內部網路。

在開始移轉之前，Active Directory 網域和樹系必須符合環境需求中所指定的需求。

在解除安裝/重新安裝移轉期間，作業系統必須升級成 64 位元版本。Microsoft SQL Server 至少應升級為 SQL Server 2005 SP2 或 SQL Server 2008。

分段移轉

  • Office Communications Server 2007 R2 Enterprise Pool 或 Standard Edition Server 可以與下列 Office Communications Server 2007 伺服器角色通訊，以支援由內往外移轉：

    • Director

    • Edge Server

    • Microsoft Office Communicator Web Access

  • Office Communications Server 2007 R2 Edge Server 或 Director 只能與 Live Communications Server 2005 SP1 Enterprise Pool 或 Standard Edition Server 進行 IM 通訊。
  • Office Communications Server 2007 R2 Enterprise Pool 或 Standard Edition Server 可以支援下列用戶端：
    • Office Communicator 2007
    • Office Communicator 2005 (僅適用於 IM 與顯示狀態；不支援增強顯示狀態與語音/視訊)
    • Office Live Meeting 2007
  • Office Communications Server 2007 R2 中繼伺服器可以與 Office Communications Server 2007 Enterprise Pool 或 Standard Edition Server 通訊：
  • Office Communications Server 2007 R2 監控伺服器可以從 Office Communications Server 2007 R2 Enterprise Pool 或 Standard Edition Server 所屬的 Office Communicator 2007 和 Office Communicator 2005 (僅限 CDR) 用戶端接收詳細通話記錄 (CDR) 資料和經驗品質 (QoE) 資料。
  • 使用 Office Communicator 2007 R2 或 Communicator Web Access 2007 R2 版本的使用者可以與使用下列用戶端的使用者通訊，無論使用者隸屬於哪個伺服器或集區：
    • Office Communicator 2007 (支援 IM、語音/視訊、Web 會議)

並存限制

Office Communications Server 2007 R2 的後端資料庫架構已變更，因此 Office Communications Server 2007 R2 Enterprise Pool 需要新的 SQL Server 執行個體。具有所需 SQL Server 2005 層級的現有後端資料庫可以裝載 Office Communications Server 2007 R2 後端資料庫，但是共同配置的後端可能有效能上的限制。

Office Communications Server 2007 R2 系統管理工具無法用來管理 Office Communications Server 2007 伺服器。請安裝 Office Communications Server 2007 系統管理工具，以便在移轉期間管理 Office Communications Server 2007 元件。

Office Communications Server 2007 R2 封存伺服器無法與 Office Communications Server 2007 元件互通，而且 Office Communications Server 2007 封存伺服器也無法與 Office Communications Server 2007 R2 元件互通。封存伺服器的版本必須與集區的版本相符。

Office Communications Server 2007 R2 中繼伺服器和 Office Communications Server 2007 R2 所屬的用戶端無法與 Office Communications Server 2007 QoE 監控伺服器互通。Office Communications Server 2007 集區也無法與 Office Communications Server 2007 R2 監控伺服器互通。不過，如果安裝了 Office Communications Server 2007 R2 集區和 Office Communications Server 2007 R2 監控伺服器，Office Communications Server 2007 中繼伺服器就可以與它們互通 (亦即，它會順利傳送 Office Communications Server 2007 R2 監控伺服器所擷取的 QoE 報告)。

外部語音控制需要 Office Communications Server 2007 R2 中繼伺服器。在並存分段移轉中，請勿啟用外部語音控制，直到所有中繼伺服器升級為 Office Communications Server 2007 R2 為止。

Office Communications Server 2007 R2 Edge Server 無法與 Office Communications Server 2007 Enterprise Pool 或 Standard Edition Server 通訊，因為 Office Communications Server 2007 的移轉必須是由內往外。不過，Office Communications Server 2007 R2 Edge Server 和 Director 可以與 Live Communications Server 2005 SP1 Enterprise Pool 或 Standard Edition Server 通訊，因此支援從 Live Communications Server 2005 SP1 由外向內的移轉路徑。

不支援使用 Live Communications Server 2005 應用程式發展介面 (API) 的應用程式。

在移轉期間，為支援特定舊版元件和 Office Communications Server 2007 R2 間的共存，需要某些產品的更新。下列為需要的更新：
