Windows Mobile 裝置必須符合下列需求，才能支援 Office Communicator Mobile：

此外，用來安裝 Office Communicator Mobile 的電腦必須符合下列需求：

必要的伺服器元件
下列清單說明實作 Office Communicator Mobile 所需要的 Office Communications Server 元件。
- **Office Communications Server 2007 R2。**Office Communicator Mobile 需要部署 Office Communications Server 2007 R2。舊版的 Office Communications Server 必須升級為 Office Communications Server 2007 R2，才能支援 Office Communicator Mobile。
- **PSTN 閘道。**PSTN 閘道是用來在公用交換電話網路 (PSTN) 和 Office Communications Server 2007 R2 間執行通訊協定轉換作業。
- **反向 Proxy。**反向 Proxy 通常是用於 Web 伺服器前端，為用戶端提供單一介面。它也可以用來平衡 Web 伺服器陣列的負載。

技術需求

伺服器需求

用戶端需求
- 安裝憑證。
Office Communications Server 2007 R2 部署的 CA 憑證鏈結，必須下載並安裝到行動裝置的憑證存放區。許多常用 CA 的根憑證都會包含在行動裝置中。 - 確認不是安裝到儲存卡。
Office Communicator Mobile 不支援安裝在儲存卡上。雖然安裝檔案可以從儲存卡來安裝，但是存有安裝檔案的磁碟不得為儲存卡。 - 將 Windows Mobile 5.0 用戶端升級為 Windows Mobile 6.0 或 6.1。
在安裝 Office Communicator Mobile 之前，舊版的 Windows Mobile 作業系統必須升級為 6.0 或 6.1 版。
部署程序
Office Communicator Mobile 部署程序與 Office Communicator 部署程序十分類似。在完成 Office Communications Server 2007 R2 的部署之後，Office Communicator Mobile 即完成設定，而不需要進行其他的伺服器設定。可以在行動裝置上開始安裝 Office Communicator Mobile。
