重新導向舊版使用者

啟用 Office Communications Server 的使用者之後，會指派主伺服器給使用者。如果您從 Office Communications Server 2007 移到 Office Communications Server 2007 R2，可能還會存在以舊版 Office Communications Server 為主的使用者。因為以 Office Communications Server 2007 為主的使用者無法登入 Communicator Web Access (2007 R2 版本)，所以會發生問題。只有以執行 Office Communications Server 2007 R2 之伺服器為主的使用者，才能登入裝載在執行 Communicator Web Access (2007 R2 版本) 之伺服器的網站。

這個問題有兩種解決方案：

  1. 至少繼續執行一部安裝 Communicator Web Access (2007 版本) 的伺服器。
  2. 為執行 Communicator Web Access (2007 R2 版本) 的虛擬伺服器，定義重新導向的 URL。

重新導向 URL 就是執行 Communicator Web Access (2007 版本) 伺服器 (舊版 Communicator Web Access) 的 URL。當使用者登入 Communicator Web Access (2007 R2 版本)，伺服器會在 Active Directory 中驗證使用者帳戶。如果使用者以 Office Communicator Web Access Server 2007 為主，會自動將該使用者重新導向至執行舊版 Communicator Web Access 的伺服器。否則，使用者會登入執行 Communicator Web Access (2007 R2 版本) 的伺服器。

除了使用重新導向 URL 以外，您也可以提供兩種不同的 URL 給使用者：一種給以 Communicator Web Access (2007 版本) 為主的使用者，另一種給以 Communicator Web Access (2007 R2 版本) 為主的使用者。不過，提供一種 URL 給使用者比較容易，不用擔心每位使用者是以哪個版本的 Office Communications Server 為主。這樣一來，移到 Office Communications Server 2007 R2 的使用者，可以使用與之前相同的 URL 繼續存取 Communicator Web Access。唯一的差別就是使用者改以 Office Communications Server 2007 R2 為主之後，就不再需要重新導向。

重新導向的使用者將無法存取 Communicator Web Access (2007 R2 版本) 中的新功能。他們將只能存取舊版 Communicator Web Access 中提供的功能。

若要指定重新導向 URL

  1. 登入執行 Communicator Web Access 嵌入式管理單元的電腦。

  2. 按一下 [開始]，指向 [系統管理工具]，然後按一下 [Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 R2 Communicator Web Access]。

  3. 在主控台樹狀目錄中，針對需要設定重新導向 URL 的虛擬伺服器，展開裝載此虛擬伺服器的電腦名稱，以滑鼠右鍵按一下虛擬伺服器名稱，然後按一下 [內容]。

  4. 在 [內容] 對話方塊 [一般] 索引標籤的 [URL] 方塊中，輸入舊版使用者將要重新導向之目的伺服器的 URL，然後按一下 [確定]。
