Cause

You have attempted to perform an action for which you do not have the required permissions.

Solution

Check administrative permissions. By default, following installation, members of the Administrators group on the local Forefront TMG server can configure firewall policy. In addition, Forefront TMG uses role-based administration to allow users to perform specific Forefront TMG tasks.
