Create a report based on a report model

Use the Report Builder to create custom performance or event reports based on the models you deployed in the previous procedure.

To create a report based on a model

1. In the Operations Manager 2007 Reporting console, click Design a New Report in the Actions pane.

2. Select the model you want to use (Event or Performance) and the report layout (Table, Matrix, or Chart), and then click OK.

3. Design your report. See Creating and Working with a Report in the SQL Server 2008 Books Online library (https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=157375).

4. After you have completed the report, you can save it directly to the Report server.
