Create a Report that Shows All Server Drives

You can create a report that shows the configuration of the disk drives in a specific server.

To create a report that shows all server drives

  1. In the Reporting view, open the Operating System Storage Configuration report. This report is in the base operating system management pack.

  2. In the object picker, select all the drives related to a server.

    • In Operations Manager 2007 R2, the object picker list is automatically filtered to show only the logical drives.

    • In Operations Manager 2007 SP1, you need to search the entire list for the logical drives. You can also use the Add Group option and then add the Windows Computer Object for the specific server. This returns the logical drives for that server.

  3. Run the report.
