View MultiPoint Server Connection Status
Use the Desktops tab to determine the status of a standard or other administrative user’s connection to a MultiPoint Server station.
Desktop status values include the following:
Connected: a user is logged on to a station
Disconnected: a user was previously connected to a station, but was disconnected. The user’s desktop session is preserved until the user logs on again
Logged off: a user who is logged off is not displayed on the Desktops tab
To view desktop status
In normal mode, click the Desktops tab.
Note
The Desktops tab is unavailable when the system is in maintenance mode.
