Verify that the operating system is Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1 (SP1) or later on the selected computers. If the operating system has been recently updated, Active Directory updates may be pending. In this case, wait until Active Directory is finished updating, and then try installing the protection agent again. The time required for Active Directory updates depends on your domain Active Directory replication policy.
