User Action

To resolve this error, do the following:

  1. Ensure that the correct version of the agent is installed on the selected computer.

  2. If the protection agent has been recently upgraded, in DPM Management Shell, run Attach-ProductionServer.ps1 <Computer Name>, and then refresh the agent status again.
