User Action

To resolve this error, do the following:

  1. Verify that the targeted computer <PSServerName> is not running an unsupported version of the operating system.

  2. Restart the computer <PSServerName>. If the problem persists, on <PSServerName>, uninstall the DPM protection agent by using Add or Remove Programs. Then, on the DPM server, in the Management task area, on the Agents tab, reinstall the protection agent on <PSServerName>.
