User Action

To resolve this error, do the following:

  1. Ensure that the front-end Web server of the SharePoint farm has been configured for protection by using ConfigureSharePoint.exe -EnableSharePointProtection.

  2. If you are protecting SharePoint Search, also run ConfigureSharePoint.exe -EnableSPSearchProtection on the front-end Web server.
