Delete timesheets in Project Server
Summary: When a timesheet is no longer needed, you can delete it from Project Web App.

Use the following procedure to delete timesheets from Project Web App.
Important
That this process deletes the timesheet completely from Project Web App and it cannot be retrieved.
To delete timesheets
On the Project Web App home page, on the Settings menu, click Project Web App Settings.
On the Server Settings page, in the Queue and Database Administration section, click Delete Enterprise Objects.
On the Delete Enterprise Objects page, select the Timesheets option.
Select the range of timesheet end dates that you want to delete.
Click Delete.
