System Center 2012 - Service Manager 部署的準備工作

開始部署 System Center 2012 – Service Manager 之前，您需要在 Active Directory 網域服務 (AD DS) 中建立使用者群組，並且建立或識別您將在安裝期間使用的網域帳戶。 請確定該網域帳戶是 Service Manager 正常運作所需之適當群組的成員。如需詳細資訊，請參閱本指南中的執行安裝的帳戶考量 在同一部伺服器上安裝 Service Manager 和 Operations Manager 時，請注意下列事項：

  • Operations Manager 2007 或 System Center 2012 – Operations Manager 可以與 Service Manager 共用資料庫伺服器。

  • 僅適用於 System Center 2012：如果您先安裝 Operations Manager 2007 R2 代理程式，然後再安裝 Service Manager 或資料倉儲管理伺服器，代理程式和 Service Manager 管理伺服器能共存於同一部伺服器上。

  • 僅限 System Center 2012 SP1： 執行 Service Manager 安裝程式之前，您必須先移除 Operations Manager 2007 R2 代理程式。System Center 2012 – Operations Manager SP1 代理程式會隨著 Service Manager SP1 自動安裝。 在安裝程式完成之後，您必須手動設定搭配 Operations Manager 管理伺服器使用的代理程式。 此代理程式與 System Center Operations Manager 2007 R2、System Center 2012 – Operations Manager 和 System Center 2012 – Operations Manager SP1 相容。

    若要驗證 Operations Manager 代理程式是否已安裝，請開啟 [控制台] 並確認 Operations Manager 代理程式位在其中。 若要手動設定 Operations Manager 代理程式，請參閱 Configuring Agents (設定代理程式)。

  • 您可以將 Operations Manager 2007 R2 主控台和 Service Manager 主控台安裝在同一台電腦上。 主控台安裝順序無關緊要。

  • 請勿嘗試將同一個 SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) 執行個體同時用於 Operations Manager 和 Service Manager。
