Possible solutions
In the Monitoring task area, on the Jobs tab, click Type to group the jobs by type to view details of the recovery jobs.
You may see this error if the VMMS service is down. Retry the action after starting the service.
If you are seeing this error because of SMB share privileges, wait for some time or restart the server and try the operation again.
