Symptom

When you run MultiPoint Manager in normal mode, MultiPoint Manager might be incompletely drawn on the screen.

Cause

There are known incompatibilities between MultiPoint Server and certain video card drivers. These video card drivers do not function correctly on MultiPoint Server when you are running MultiPoint Manager in normal mode.

Resolution

Ensure that you are running the latest 64-bit driver for the video card.
