MultiPoint Server Display Mode Error

Symptom

Some education programs, such as Learn Addition on Orbital One, do not run after installation, and display an error message, “Error Setting Display Mode.”

Cause

The screen resolution size that these programs expect at startup is different from the screen resolution to which the MultiPoint Server monitor is set.

Resolution

If you know what screen resolution the program expects, you can change the screen resolution of your MultiPoint Server monitor to that resolution, so that the program can use the expected resolution when it starts.
