Multimedia DVD Issues with MultiPoint Server

Symptom

Multimedia DVDs do not play. An error message displays, “Not compatible with this version of Windows.”

Cause

The codec to run this type of DVD is not installed on MultiPoint Server. (A codec is software that can convert audio or video signals between analog and digital forms.)

Resolution

This is a known issue. There is no resolution at this time.
