MultiPoint Server Mouse Issues

Symptom

When two mice are associated with the same MultiPoint Server station, and they are both moved at the same time, the station could stop responding and cannot be restarted using MultiPoint Manager. When this occurs, you cannot associate devices with new stations.

Cause

MultiPoint Server does not currently support multiple mice on a single station.

Resolution

Restart the computer that is running MultiPoint Server.
