MultiPoint Server Station Monitor Display Issues

Symptom

After MultiPoint Server is installed and the initial customer setup is complete, all of the MultiPoint Server stations display the same screen instead of displaying screens that let you associate hardware to different stations.

Cause

MultiPoint Server does not recognize more than one monitor because the video drivers were not installed as part of running Microsoft Update after installation. No error message is displayed when this occurs.

Resolution

Install the updated video drivers for the monitors from Microsoft Update or from the manufacturer’s web site.
