MultiPoint Server Video Card Issues

Symptom

When you play videos in full-screen mode, the Windows desktop and any open windows on the desktop might be incompletely drawn on the screen. Or, Windows could stop responding.

Cause

The drivers for some ATI series video cards might be out of date. In addition, ATI 2400 series video cards might not be compatible with some multifunction hubs, such as HP MultiSeat t100 Thin Client.

Resolution

If you are using ATI 4800 series video cards, update the drivers. If you are using ATI 2400 series video cards, contact your system administrator or system seller for more information.
