Step 2: Viewing the OffSuppAdmin account

  1. In the Users screen, select OffSuppAdmin from the Filtered View list, and then click open on the toolbar.

    The Update Profile: 'OffSuppAdmin' screen appears. Notice in the General Information section that the Logon name, User password, and Changed by fields are unavailable.

    • Although the User Password text box is unavailable, you can still change the password on this screen. To change the password, click the ellipsis to the right of the User Password text box. You can use the Password Reset dialog box to reset the password for this account. In this tutorial, do not change the user password.
  2. Expand the Account Info section.

    The Organization ID text field is unavailable. However, the Account Status, User catalog set, and Date registered fields are available.

  3. Expand the Partner Service section.

    The Administrator is selected in the Partner service role flags drop-down list. You can change the partner service role from Administrator to Normal User, demoting the role of this user account. However, for this tutorial, do not change this user profile.

  4. To return to the Users screen, click back on the toolbar.
