Segment Reports

• Before you can work with segment reports, you must contact your system administrator to create Segment models for you.

You use the Segment Viewer module to generate a report that is a summary of all the segment groups and segments in a model. You use this report to view all segments. Each segment and segment group contains links to its detailed report information; clicking these links allows you to move easily between segments.

You use segment reports to analyze segments, user groups, and their behavioral trends. You use this segmentation analysis to better understand user activity on your Web site. The report appears in a separate browser window.
