Using Toolbar Buttons

Each toolbar button is used to perform an action on any screen in Commerce Server Business Desk. Not all toolbar buttons are available on every screen. The following table lists the toolbar buttons in Business Desk and describes the function of each.

Toolbar button Description
Ee797637.add(en-US,CS.20).gif New Adds a new item.
Ee797637.open(en-US,CS.20).gif Open Opens the selected item.
Ee797637.copy(en-US,CS.20).gif Copy Copies the selected item to create a new item with similar properties.
Ee797637.view(en-US,CS.20).gif View Opens the selected item or items for editing.
Ee797637.import(en-US,CS.20).gif Import Imports a set of information.
Ee797637.export(en-US,CS.20).gif Export Exports a set of information.
Ee797637.delete(en-US,CS.20).gif Delete Deletes the selected item or items.
Ee797637.send(en-US,CS.20).gif Send Sends a catalog to a trading partner through Microsoft BizTalk Server. This button is available only in the Catalog Editor module and is enabled only if BizTalk Server is installed.
Rebuild virtual catalog Rebuild Rebuilds a virtual catalog. You must rebuild a virtual catalog after including a base catalog, categories, or products.
Ee797637.publish(en-US,CS.20).gif Refresh and publish Updates the catalog full-text indexes and refreshes the caches. Publishes a catalog to a retail site. This button is available only in the Catalog Editor module.

Ee797637.archive(en-US,CS.20).gif Archive Saves the selected item in the Business Desk Archives.
Ee797637.back(en-US,CS.20).gif Back Closes the edit screen and returns you to the previous screen.
Ee797637.cancel(en-US,CS.20).gif Cancel Cancels the pending operation.
Ee797637.find_with_menu(en-US,CS.20).gif Find with Menu Opens a drop-down list from which you can select one of several types of items on which to perform a find operation.
Ee797637.help(en-US,CS.20).gif Help Opens Business Desk Help for the current module. You can then view other Help topics.
Ee797637.preview(en-US,CS.20).gif Preview Displays the selected report in the format in which it will be printed.
Ee797637.print(en-US,CS.20).gif Print Prints the selected report. This button is available only in the Analysis modules.
Ee797637.restore(en-US,CS.20).gif Restore Restores a deleted campaign item. This button is available only in the Campaign Manager module.
Ee797637.run(en-US,CS.20).gif Run Runs the selected report. This button is available only in the Analysis modules.
Ee797637.save(en-US,CS.20).gif Save Saves the added or changed item or property.
Ee797637.save_and_new(en-US,CS.20).gif Save and create new Saves the added or changed item or property and opens a new page to create a new item.
Ee797637.save_and_back(en-US,CS.20).gif Save and go back Saves the added or changed item or property and returns to the main module screen.
