Step 1: Viewing the user list

  1. Click Profiles, and then click Users.

  2. In the Users screen, do the following:

    Use this To do this
    Find by Ensure that Logon name is selected from the drop-down list.
    Logon name Type *.

    noteNote

    • The * (asterisk) is a wildcard character that causes all user accounts in Business Desk to be listed.
  3. Click Find Now.

    All Windows user accounts, which were created using the Users sub-module in Business Desk and the SupplierAD site, are listed in the Filtered View list. The OffMachAdmin and OffSuppAdmin users which you created in Lesson 2: Creating User Accounts using Business Desk, as well as the BettyAdmin and NormUser users which you created in Lesson 3: Creating User accounts using the SupplerAD Site, appear in the Filtered View list of the Users screen.

    • None of these Windows user accounts are a member of the Administrator group on the Commerce Server computer, nor should they be.

Proceed to Step 2: Viewing the OffSuppAdmin Account.
