The Purchase and sales agreement configuration key controls access to purchase and sales functionality. When this key is enabled, you can create purchase and sales agreements and related reports are made available. You can also create purchase and sales orders based on purchase and sales agreements, respectively.

You can enable or disable this key in the License configuration form.
