Order Status Adapter
The order status adaptor receives order status update messages from suppliers as the orders are filled, shipped, back-ordered, and so on. These messages are routed through BizTalk Server into Commerce Server where the original order record is updated. The order status can be viewed from within Commerce Server Business Desk. The user who placed the order can also view the order status through Commerce Server.
You use the Orders module in Commerce Server Business Desk to view the order status.
