You can track competency information for workers, applicants, and contact persons. For more information, see About competencies.

To enter competency information for a worker

  1. Click Human resources > Common > Workers > Workers.

  2. Select a worker in the Workers list.

  3. On the Action Pane, on the Competencies tab, click a competency to open a form where you can enter competency information for the worker.

To enter competency information for an applicant

  1. Click Human resources > Common > Recruitment > Applicants.

  2. Select an applicant in the list.

  3. On the Action Pane, in the Competencies group, click a competency to open a form where you can enter competency information for the applicant.

To enter competency information for a contact person

  1. Click Sales and marketing > Common > Contacts > All contacts.

  2. Select a contact in the list.

  3. On the Action Pane, on the Competencies tab, click a competency to open a form where you can enter competency information for the contact.
