Show or hide the Legend and Overview pane

To show the Legend and Overview pane, click Legend and Overview Legend and Overview button on the Standard toolbar.

On the View menu, click Legend and Overview.

To hide the Legend and Overview pane, click Legend and Overview button.

- or -

Click Close button in the upper-right corner of the pane.

Tip  If you don't want the Legend and Overview pane to appear on a map that will be saved as a Web page, simply hide it before you save.
