Exporting TModels

By using the UDDI Data Export Wizard's Filter Criteria feature, you can export tModels with names that begin with a specified string. The following procedure demonstrates how to use the Filter Criteria feature, excluding dependencies, to export the tModels that begin with Account.

Membership in Users, or equivalent, is the minimum required to complete this procedure. Review details about using the appropriate accounts and group memberships at Local and Domain Default Groups (https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=83477).

To export tModels that begin with Account, excluding dependencies

  1. Click Start, and then click Command Prompt.

  2. At the command prompt, type the following command, and then press ENTER:

    uddidataexport.exe
    
  3. Review the information on the Welcome page, and then click Next.

  4. Specify the Inquiry URL (source site), select the authentication type, type the destination file name, and then click Next. You must have the appropriate level of privilege to invoke the Inquiry URL.

  5. Select tModels.

  6. Clear the Include dependencies check box.

  7. In the Name field, type Account, and then click Next.

  8. Select the tModels that you want to export by selecting the check boxes next to the entities, and then click Export.

  9. Click Finish. The Providers that you selected are exported to the XML file that you specified.
