Published Calendar Invitation

You can send people an e-mail invitation with links to your published calendar if you want them to be able to view or subscribe to your calendar.

Note   This information applies to the standard version of Outlook Web App. The feature that's described isn't available in the Outlook Web App Light.

  1. Click Calendar Calendar in the Navigation Pane in Outlook Web App.
  2. Click Share, and then click Send links to this calendar.
  3. Add the addresses of people you want to send links to on the To line.
  4. Add any additional information you want in the body of the message.
  5. Click Send.

What else do I need to know?

  • Calendar entries marked as private will display only free/busy information, no matter what permissions you've given.
  • People who view or subscribe to your published calendar can't make changes to it.
