(RUS) Create the WIP and FP estimate in a tax accounting register

Use the Tax register journal form to create the estimate of work in process (WIP) and finished products (FP) in the tax accounting register.

  1. Click General ledger > Journals > Tax register journal.

  2. Press CTRL+N to create a new journal for the WIP and FP estimate. For more information, see (RUS) Create and post a tax register journal.

  3. In the Journal batch number field, enter the number of the journal.

  4. In the Description of the journal field, enter a description of the journal.

  5. In the Period types field, select the type of period that the tax register is created for.

  6. In the Period number field, enter the period that the tax register is generated for.

  7. In the Years field, enter the year.

  8. Click Lines to open the Register journal lines form and create register journal lines. For more information, see (RUS) Register journal lines (form).

  9. In the Register journal generation. dialog box, click Yes if a register journal is not created yet, or if the journal has no lines.

    Note

    The Approved check box is selected when all the journal lines are approved in the Register journal lines form. When the journal is first created, it has a status of Not calculated.
