当包 XML 中存储的 CurrentVersion 由属性指定的组件版本小于 CurrentVersion 本地计算机上组件的属性时， PerformUpgrade 将调用。此方法使组件有机会升级 IDTSComponentMetaData100 包 XML 中的以匹配当前版本。如果组件不重写的 PerformUpgrade 基类实现，或者如果在组件实现此方法期间发生异常，则会 ComponentUpgradeFailedException 引发。

使用无法升级的组件的 ComponentUpgradeFailedException 初始化 IdentificationString 类的新实例。
