该方法 SetDateTime 将值 DateTime 分配给参数指定的 columnIndex 缓冲区列。
此方法适用于以下 Integration Services 数据类型：
DateTime当值需要比列支持的秒小数DT_DBTIMESTAMP2位数多时，数据将被截断并DoesNotFitBufferException发生。
DataType如果缓冲区列不是DT_DATE、DT_DBTIMESTAMP或 DT_DBTIMESTAMP2DT_FILETIMEUnsupportedBufferDataTypeException发生。
